FAQs
What is a Life Coach?
A Life Coach is your accountability partner in your life who will help you, guide you and lead you towards your life’s most meaningful goals.
What sets coaches apart from mentors is coaches helps you find the answers within yourself.
As coaches, we believe that you already have that power inside of you that is just waiting to be discovered.
A life coach will ask you the most important questions in your life that you have never been asked before.
A coach also bridges the gap between the Planner and Doer in you by helping you find the skills, values and alignment that you need to fulfil any goals that you want to achieve.
A coaching relationship is a one-on-one relationship that provides a supportive and nonjudgmental space to help you create what you want for yourself.
What types of people have Life Coaches?
Coaching does not choose who to coach. You can be coached as long as you are committed to transform your life, develop yourself and maximise your potential.
Isn’t Life Coaching just a fad?
The discipline of life coaching is time-tested, proven approach to helping empower people with the drive and skills they need to live more fulfilling lives. You don’t have to take our word for it, though:
“Once used to bolster troubled staffers, coaching now is part of the standard leadership development training for elite executives and talented up-and-comers at IBM, Motorola, J.P. Morgan, Chase, and Hewlett Packard. These companies are discreetly giving their best prospects what star athletes have long had: a trusted adviser to help reach their goals."

Coaching isn’t just a secret weapon for major corporations. People everywhere, from a wide variety of social and economic backgrounds are discovering the invaluable skill that is life coaching. True life coaching doesn’t make too-good-to-be-true claims for instant success, because that’s not how it works. Anyone can be coached, but it takes work, discipline, and a skilled practitioner to help you understand how to apply coaching to your life.
How will Life Coaching help?
The benefits of life coaching speaks for the thousands of successful people who had life coaches that guide them and lead them to discovering who they really are and what they want to do in their lives. But more than just clearing your negative beliefs or helping you gain confidence, the greatest benefit of coaching is having someone with an unbiased opinion and a different perspective to help you really "see" things as they are and not as how you see it.
Life coaches are the best accountability partners you can ever had as they will not give you unsolicited advise or praise. They will be completely 100% honest. They will stretch you towards reaching your goal. They might also make you feel uncomfortable at times but they will see to it that you are getting empowered to be your best coach througout every session.
Is it expensive?
Your initial consultation with us is always free, and as part of that conversation, we’ll discuss coaching options that you can compare with to get the best service that will give you the best value.
Coaching is neither expensive or cheap.
It is relative to how you see the value of helping yourself to become better.
I spent almost $12,000 dollars in improving myself and discovering myself and my values in life.
The amount I have spent might be expensive for some but the value I had with all the work I have done to improve myself is worth more than I have paid for.
I have several coaching packages that we can explore and discuss. You can book a free breakthrough session with me from the button below so we can have a great and fun chat if we can work together for me to help you reach your goals!
How long does it take?
I have one client that experienced a great breakthrough in her relationship with her husband just after the third session. On the other hand, I also had another client who experienced a significant change in her business after six sessions.
The length of the coaching journey with one client compared to another client vaires greatly.
Most of the time, I would recommend a 3 months minimum coaching program to experience more discovery and empowerment towards yourself.
What happens in a Life Coaching Session?
Coaching is always a personalized experience, so no two coaching sessions are exactly the same. In our introductory session, we’ll focus on exploring the goals you have, and what brought you to coaching and create a plan to achieving those goals.
My signature coaching style is to LEAD you.
L stands for Listen. You can tell me what you want to say, what you have been wanting to express and I will be a great listening ear to you without any form of judgement.
E stands for Empowerment. In our coaching journey, you will be able to learn more about yourself and learn various tools that will help you manage your thoughts and control your emotion.
A stands for Alignment. As a clarity coach, my goal is to help you create goals that are aligned with your values - who you are and what is meaningful for you.
D means Delivering Results. During our coaching sessions, I always make sure that you get the results that you want.
Do I really need a personal Coach, can't I just do it by myself?
Life coaching can take you above and beyond your own personal limitations. More often than not, people try to achieve their greatest potential, but don’t even realize what stands in their way. A personal Coach can offer an unbiased and objective perspective, and can help you realize your patterns and habits.
Most people experience that they are more efficient when working with a Professional Life Coach and that this provides the opportunity for them to better realize their potential. Life coaching can make your dreams attainable and will give you support and encouragement along the way.
As Bill Gates said in his famous TED Talk, “Everyone needs a coach, whether we are a CEO, leader, teacher, basketball player or bridge player, we all need people who will help us reach our goals and give us feedback."
How is Coaching different from Therapy?
While the life coaching I provide can be therapeutic, it is not therapy. Traditionally, therapy is focused on addressing specific psychological needs, often a result of a physical or mental illness stemming from a past event. While emotional issues may arise, coaching is designed to focus on creating what you want now and in the future and what you want to achieve.
What if I need to cancel my appointment?
I require a 24 hour notice to cancel all sessions. Please be sure to contact me if you will not be able to make your scheduled appointment in order to avoid being charged for the session. Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours notice will not be refunded.
How long do people generally work with a Life Coach?
To experience the effectiveness of a life coaching program, I suggest clients make an initial three month commitment. At the end of the three months, we will evaluate progress and discuss options for continued coaching.
Is personal life coaching confidential?
Yes! What we discuss will be held in confidence and not shared with others.
However, our discussions are not privileged for legal purposes.
The privilege of confidentiality that exists for the clergy, therapists and attorneys is not granted to coaching professionals.
That said, life coaching is a confidential process, and your personal information will always be protected.
